- Dein fr laccha paratha….Take wheat flour,semolina,white flour in that i have added 2spoons butter,salt and knead a dough wen it is done keep fr rest atlst fr an hour…
- Dein tke dough and in dat spread lil oil and gve a smooth rub dein roll on flat surface and cut equal small portion and make a ball..Dein i tuk grated garlic,butter,chopped coriander and mixed a kept aside,..Dein tke 1round ball roll it nyc flat chapati shape dein on dat brush it wit the garlic paste and flap it lyk a fan 1on 1n flat on your palm
- Dein make a small paratha bt see dat you hve to do it vry light othrwse it vl stick on and it vl nt cum out lyk lachaa…Dein tke nonstick pan put dat paratha do it on 1side brush it wit lil ghee dein again flip it on othr side and again brush it with ghee your paratha is ready

By adding methi leaves (fenugreek leaves) to the dough it not only differs in flavor but also has its own benefits. Add chili powder, garam masala, kasuri methi and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or fresh cream if you wish. Serve Egg Butter Masala with Whole Wheat Lachha Paratha and Jeera Rice. Garlic butter naan goes perfect with Dal Makhani, or Kali Masoor Ki dal.
