Chicken Kathi Roll Recipe is a lip smacking roll of a flaky tawa paratha stuffed with a flavourful chicken filling. Once your parathas are ready this dish can be put together real quick. Serve it as a high tea or as an evening snack or even as dinner. In a pan heat the oil and add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red.

- At first,boil the corn in water with salt for soft
- Wash the chicken pieces with water.
- Then add all masala powder, organo,salt rice and corn flour.
- Now marinate it with all this masalas and keep it for 20min
- Then, take flour in a pot with tomato,salt and oil.
- After that, mix it,knead with water and make a soft dough
- Then make a log and cut it into equal slices.
- Then cut some vegetable for the preparation.
- On the other side,put oil and margarine together in a pan on the gas.
- Now,tempt the pan and fry the chicken pieces
- Fry untill the raw smell of the chicken goes off.
- Keep the chicken pieces in a plate.
- Then,add margarine in same pan
- Add some vegetable on oil in pan.
- Now, add all masala powder and oregano,salt on the vegetable and saute it.
- After that,add chicken pieces with vegetable on oil
- Now,saute it and put some water on the chicken with milkfat and saute again during 10 min.
- Then, roll the each dough ball into a thin circle by the rolling pin
- Now heat a fring pan and roast the parathas.
- Next,cook them on the both sides with a spoonfull oil
- Keep the paratha in a plate and turn off the gas.
- Then take a napkin paper half or fold and put the paratha on it.
- Half part of the paratha will be out of napkin for eat.
- Now, put the cucumber,onion,chicken and chilli sauce and mayonnaise in the middle side of the paratha
- Now,fold the paratha with the stuffing of chicken curry with the napkin
- Lastly,after folding, rest of the paper of the napkin stuf of the lower part of the roll
- Now, serve it in a plate
Kathi roll is an Indian street food where Indian flatbreads are filled with veggies, chicken, mutton etc etc. Heat the kathi roll with little oil/butter before serving.
