  1. Wash the ladies finger first without cutting the edges. Pat them dry in a kitchen towel. Cut the edges and slit it and cut them in half.
  2. In a bowl add the ladies fingers and add all ingredients except oil and water.
  3. Mix them well together nicely.
  4. Sprinkle the water little at a time, mix well and coat the ladies finger well with the masala.
  5. Heat oil for frying. Drop the masala coated ladies finger in batches.
  6. Fry them till golden and crisp.
  7. Remove and serve hot. Enjoy
