- Trim the fat from the chicken. - Cut into medium to thick strips. - Wash thoroughly in a colander. - Shake off the water well.
- Transfer the chicken to a mixing bowl. Marinate the chicken with 1 Tablespoon Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 6 Tablespoons Cornstarch, 1 Teaspoon Salt & 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder. - Cover & Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a nonstick wok.
- Tip in the Sesame Seeds. Cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry the marinated chicken over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn a few times.
- Add the Garlic Paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix the remaining 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder & Honey in a small bowl to make a paste.
- Add it to the Chicken. Stir gently to coat.
- Garnish with Green Onions & Red Chilies.
- Note: The chicken will become tough & lose it’s lusciousness if over-fried.
