- Strain soya keema, squeeze it nicely, keep aside.
- Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Add potato pcs, fry it till light brown. Keep aside.

- Now add onion, stir fry it until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, stir fry it for a while.

- Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder into the masala, add lil water, stir it nicely.
- Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till oil separates.
- Now open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, stir it.
- Add coconut milk, mix well.
- Now add soya keema & aloo, stir it gently for a while. Add chopped dhania patta, stir it again.
- Cover it again, sprinkle some water, lower the flame, dum it till oil has oozed out.
- Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, give a drizzle of fresh cream.
