- Ab isi oil mein Lehsan dal ke 1-2 mint tak fry karen,
- Then is mein tamater dal ke 2-3 mint tak fry karen ta ke tamater gall jaey,
- Jab tamater gal Jaen to is mein qeema, namak, lal mirch,
- Haldi dal ke mix karen, or 3-4 mint tak bhunen,
- Phir is mein fry ki hue pyaz dal ke 3-4 mint mazeed pakaen,
