- Grease the steamer and keep all the balls on it
- Steam for 7 to 10 mins and keep aside
- Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add red chilli, mustard and cumin and let it crackle. Add urad dal, chana Dal and coconut and saute
- Now add rice balls and saute and it's done
Salt Kozhukattai Recipe: To make the kozhukattai dough, heat the oil in a kadhai and Then make small balls out of the dough for about one and half inch ball size and keep aside.
