This Cauliflower kheema curry is a dry preparation that is served as side dish with flat bread of your choice using minced cauliflower and fresh green peas. This is a vegetarian version of the famed Keema (minced lamb) Matar. Keema Gobhi - Ground Beef with Cauliflower - Curry Heat oil in a large heavy pot and add the cauliflower in batches. Fry gently until it is golden brown.

  1. Take a pan fry onion in a pan
  2. When it is soft add all spices in it
  3. Add qeema in it fry well add ginger garlic paste in it
  4. Fry again and again till oil is left
  5. Add cauliflower in it and tomato paste in it put it in a low flame till both are tender
  6. Add 1 cup water to tender more on low flame
  7. Cook till water dry and gobhi qeema is ready to serve
  8. At last add garam masala powder and add coriander and green chilli and cook 5 min more it's ready to serve
