- Take a bowl add ½ cup lukewarm water.
- Add ½ tsp critic acid, 1 tbsp sugar, ½ tsp salt.
- Now 4 pinches haldi, 2 pinch hing & 2 tbsp oil.
- Mix well. Add water in besan and make smooth better.
- Whisk better for 10 mins. Keep it rest for 10 mins. Ready to steam.
- Now add ¼ tsp soda mix well & immediately pour the batter in the greased tin.
- Steam for 15 to 20 mins on medium flame. Now make tadka. Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
- Now add rai, sesame seeds, chilli, curry leaves fry 30 sec.
- Now add ½ cup water, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, lemon juice & 2 pinch hing. Let's tadka boil. Let tge dhokla cool down and demould it.
- Pour the tadka on the dhokla & cut it.
- Garnish for coriander leaves. Ready super soft sponge naylon dhokla.
