Onion, Tomato, and Curd - The base of this delicious and spicy curry is made from tomato and onions.

  1. Heat oil fry onion light golden, add ginger garlic paste, with mince, salt, chili powder, and tomatoes.
  2. Cover and cook till mince half done.
  3. Now add remaining seasoning,half cup water, cover and cook until mince tender.
  4. Lastly add ginger julienne, green chilies, leave it at dum.
