- Apply the mixture on one side of bread and cover it with the other piece of bread.
- Make a paste of liquid consistency using besan, salt and turmeric powder.
- Cut the bread into half and dip in the besan paste.
- Once the oil is hot put the bread and fry till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with sauce or green chutney
