  4. Add a cup of water to cook it. Add coriander mint, pepper and paprika. Mix well. Add garam masala powder
  5. Once mince is brown and cooked, add puree amd cook on medium flame. Add fry bitter gourd, mix well.
  6. Add green chilli, cover for 2mins
  7. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander, mint. Serve with roti or naan.
