- Chop the vegetables & wash then drain Keema set aside
- Take a wok or pressure cooker then add in oil while it’s warm add in the cumin seeds & curry leaves then gradually add chopped onions stirr for few minutes then add Tomatoes & fry till soften
- Next add chopped sliced potatoes fry a little then add in all the regular spices including kasuri methi
- Splash some water so that the spices won’t get burnt
- One mixed now add the mins again fry it for few minutes then add half glass of water cover it let it cook for around five minutes
- Then uncover it & add the lime juice,coriander leaves & Garam masala stirr till the oil separates then off the stove burner & it’s ready yummy & delicious.
