- Carefully roll the dough until you're left with a long log.
- Cut the roll in 1/4" slices. Place on a pan with parchment paper underneath.
- Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!

I bake my no yeast cinnamon rolls in a muffin tin… for no particular reason except that I just want to keep them intact and not spreading out all over the place. These lovelies are made just the way a regular cinnamon roll is made. The dough is rolled out into a roughly-shaped rectangle and topped.
