- Take a pan add 02 tsp ghee, 1/8 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Add pinch of hing and 02 chopped garlic cloves and saute for 10-15 sec
- Add chopped onion and saute
- Add tomato, chopped veggies and saute for few seconds
- Add salt to taste and 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
- Add 05 tbsp oats roast it for few seconds and add 01 glass water or as required.
- Cover on medium flame till veggies are cooked well
- Open and check for doneness of veggies.
- Mix well and feed your kids healthy food.
It can be served alone without any accompaniment but is best with papad, chutney, podi or raita. This culinary creations is healthier and better.
