Jalebi, also known as Jilapi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia, is an Indian and Arabic sweet snack popular all over South Asia and Middle East. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. This dessert can be served warm or cold.

The ingredients needed to make Jalebi:
- Make ready 50grm maida
- Get 70grm curd
- Take 1 tbsp corn flour
- Make ready 2 tbsp hot oil
- Get 200grm sugar
- Take 1 spoon lemon juice
- Get as needed yellow colour

Steps to make Jalebi:
- First add maida, curd,cornflour, oil in a bowl and leave for 30 min.than mix th better till fluffy.
- Chasni- chasni of 1 string with200 grms of sugar, water 3/4 cup, add lemon juice 1 spoon in this chasni, now add yellow colour 2 drops and add cardamom also and mix well.
- Take another pan add oil…..fill in the jalebi batter in Piping bag and make jalebi in oil fry it golden and immediately dip it in lukewarm chasni for 5 minutes.
- Than serve it 😍your crispy and soft jalebi are ready to eat 😋
