Indori Poha (Poha of Indore) is a type of flattened (beaten) rice (version of Maharashtrian Poha) that is likely to have originated in Indian metropolis of Indore.   2. Add baking powder
  3. Use water to make a flowing paste
  4. Keep the paste covered for 10 minutes

  6. Prepare sugar syrup of one string consistency
  7. Dip jalebis in syrup on both sides and jalebis are ready
  8. For poha soak it in water for some time
  9. Heat oil crackle mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilli
  10. Add chopped onion and potato
  11. Saute it add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,add roasted peanuts
  12. Transfer the soaked poha
  13. Mix it nicely
  14. Add lemon juice
  15. Serve it by adding chopped onions coriander leaves
