Now add batter in a bottle or bag and check oil it should get heat.add one drop of jalebi and check immediately it should come up. Squeeze the batter in circular motion starting from centre to outside.
- While jalebi is getting fried check sugar syrup it should be warm and crystallized. Once jalebi fried add directly in sugar syrup for 2 mins. Remove to a plate serve hot.
