  9. Soak the fried jalebi in warm sugar syrup for 1 min.
  10. Remove from the syrup and serve hot.
  11. FOR SUGAR SYRUP -  In a pan boil sugar and water on low flame till one string consistency. Add cardamom powder and lemon juice and stir.
