- Get 4 medium potatoes (boiled)
- Make ready 2 tbsp rice flour
- Make ready 1/2 cup maida/all purpose flour

- Get 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1 tsp coriander seeds
- Take 1 whole red chilli
- Take 1 cup curd

- Make ready 4 tbsp sweet tamarind chutney
- Prepare 1 small cucumber chopped
- Take 1 small onion chopped
- Prepare 1 small tomato chopped
- Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare 2 tbsp sev/bhujiya
- Make ready 1/2 tsp rock salt
- Take as needed Oil for deep frying
- Get 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves

- Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds and whole red chilli on low flame. Turn off the flame. Cool and grind to a fine powder. Store this bhuna masala in an airtight container for all chaat items.
- In a separate bowl add all chopped veggies, chopped boiled potatoes, salt, rock salt to taste, 1/2tsp bhuna masala, 1/4tsp chilli powder and lime juice. Mix everything well. Keep aside.
- Assembling: on a serving platter add 2 tbsp of spicy boiled potatoes, crush some jalebis on it, pour some beaten curd, drizzle some sweet tamarind chutney and sprinkle some sev on top and serve.
