- Take Rawa and maida mix it. Now add curd to it and mix it properly add little water to make batter.Consistency should be not very thin or not very thick. Keep it aside for some hours.
- After 4-5 hours. Add baking soda and baking powder and food colour to it and mix it properly. Now make sugar syrup by adding sugar and water in a pan. Once sugar is dissolved let it cook on sim flame for 2 mins. Add cardmom powder and mix it.
- Meanwhile add oil in the pan and when it is hot. Put the batter in a cone and start making round jalebis. Once it is golden from both sides immediately put it in sugar syrup for 5 mins and then take it out and serve.
