  6. Heat oil in a broad pan. Add 1 tsp lemon juice and baking soda and mix lightly. Pour batter in a piping bag and cut a small hole. Hold over heated oil and press lightly making round jalebis. (Perfectly heated oil will make jalebis come up instantly without making them brown)
  7. Once done remove from pan and put in hot syrup for 2 mins.
  8. Hot jalebis can be surved with some curd or cold rabri.
