In another big bowl add flour, gram flour, melted ghee or oil, yogurt, cardamom powder, orange food color, yeast mixture and mix well now add water as required to make a thick batter. To fry the jalebis, in a pan add oil/ghee and once it's medium hot start piping the jalebis in circular form. Immediately dip the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup and press them with a spoon.

- For batter: take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of batter section and make smooth batter. Mix all the ingredients in circular direction for 4-5 minutes. Pour in a sauce bottle. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan. When ghee is sufficiently heated enough squeeze the ketchup bottle in spiral round with batter. Turn over the sides when partly cooked. Fry till jalebi are golden and crisp.
- Immediately drop jalebi in hot syrup for 30 seconds.
- For sugar syrup:take a tea pan. Add sugar and water and boil. Give 2-3 boil and check the one string consistency. Squeeze lemon juice to it. Stir again.
- Serve hot.
