- Take the masala’s for stuffing in a plate/bowl and add 2 Tsps of oil to it and mix it well.
- Cut the ends of the okra. Cut into medium size long pieces with a slit in between.
- Fill the stuffing masala in the okra.
- Heat the remaining oil in a Kadhai and add cumin seeds, asafoetida then add the stuffed okra.
- Now mix it well cover the Kadhai with a lid and let it cook till it turns soft.
- Once done garnish with Coriander leaves/cashewnut and serve hot.
