- Take a pan add water and sugar and cook it for 20 to 30 minutes
- Now mix the batter again..now take a washed empty curd packet..
- Now pour your batter in this packet and tie tightly with rubber band.
- Now make a small hole on top of the cone..
- Now take a pan and heat the oil…and keep the gas flame on medium heat.now make jalebi and cook it till light golden brown and crispy on medium flame..
- At last dip the jalebies in the sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes and strain it in the plate. And serve hot with hot milk..
Most of these are clumsy imposters – thick, soggy & yellowy-orange where the original is a pale nutty brown, wire-thin and crunchy. Or try it with some rabri (reduced milk) or condensed milk , know what - even kheer is a great company!
