- Heat the pan and add coconut oil,add mustard seeds,redchilli [cut into 3 piece].after that add crushed ginger,garlic,black pepper,jeer to it.
- Add onion till it turns pink add tomato,green chilli,curry leaves to it.stirr it well.
- After that add turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt it to it,stir well then add cabbage to it, mix well,sprinkle some water in it,close the pan with a lid for 3mins stir it.keepit closed for 3 mins,mix all well and add coriander leaves chopped.keep it for some time and serve it
