  6. When the oil heats up, cut the dough in whatever shape yiu want, put it in the pan and let it fry.
  7. In a bowl put the sugar and the cinnamon and whet the churros are ready transfer them from the pan in the bowl.

Bring to a boil, then add vanilla. Turn off heat and add flour and salt. Churros are also often rolled in granulated sugar, or (as is my preference) in a mixture of ground cinnamon and sugar.
