- Cut the ladies finger in to four pieces and chopped finely into small pieces.
- Chopped the onion finely
- Heat in a oil splutter the mustard, add dry red chilli and few curry leaves
- Then add the chopped onions and saute it
- Once it became brown in colour, add green chillies and mixed it. Then add the chopped ladies finger and saute it, In this time you can add little salt.
- Cover and cook till bhindi get cooked, don't add water.
- Then grind the grated coconut, cumin, garlic, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Just slowly crushed once in blender.
- Open the lid and pour the mixture of coconut and saute it well, again cover the lid 2-3mins.
- Remove the lid saute it well, now the ladies finger and coconut mixed together, also it looks like very crispy and dried form.
- Stir fry is ready to serve
Add coconut and garam masala if adding. The bhindi will change its color to brown. Once done, gently stir in the sauteed aloo into the bhindi and combine well. Cover the pan with the lid and. While getting ladies finger , always check by bending the tail part if it breaks easily then its tender and good to go.
