- Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas. Cover with cheese.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Put filling along center of each tortilla. Spoon meat, a little grated cheese, a little black olives, and green onions in the center of tortilla. Roll up and place, seam down, in baking pan. Pour extra red sauce over enchiladas.
