  5. Heat oil for deep frying. When the oil heated turned down the heat at low heat. Hold the two ends of the double dough and stretched it to make it little longer.
  6. Drop the dough into hot oil, using chopsticks or tong turn dough on both sides and continue frying until it turn golden brown and expands. Take off from the heat and place it on the paper towels. And repeat the same way for the rest of the dough. Then the cakwe is ready to serve. Enjoy!
