Steps to make Mohanthal with orange rawa paak:
  1. Heat a pan and roast rawa / suji. Cool down completely then grind and make powder.
  2. Take 2 bowls, in one add gram flour and in another add rawa flour, now mix and lightly warm up milk and ghee, and add gradually into gram flour and suji flour. Mix with fork and wait for 5min. Then seive both and add into different pans.
  3. Add 3/4cup ghee into gram flour mixture and saute on medium to low heat until light brown. Then keep aside.
  4. Add enough ghee into suji mixture and saute till it turns light brown.
  5. Now take 2 small pan, and in 1 add 3/4 cup sugar and enough water, cardamom powder and saffron strings, keep simmering and prepare 2strings sugar syrup.
  6. And in 2ns same way add 1/4cup sugar and orange juice and Cinnamon stick, simmer and prepare 2strings syrup. Last add cinnamon powder and heat for 10-15sec only.
  7. Now mix, gram flour sauted mixture and cardamom flavoured sugar syrup with it and mix well.
  8. Same way mix orange and cinnamon sugar syrup with suji mixture.
  9. In a tin or thali, 1st add mohanthal and spread evenly. And after 5-7min, add suji mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle chopped dryfruit last.
  10. Leave it for 2-3hrs and cut into pieces.
  11. Store in airtight container. Serve with your lunch or dinner.
