- While waiting for pasta to cook, remove chicken meat from bones and chop up. Be sure to double check the meat for any small bones.
- When pasta is perfect, turn off the heat and add the chicken and pepper. Adjust salt if needed….chicken broth has salt in it, you may need a tiny bit more.
- Place in bowls and sprinkle with dry or fresh parsley.
