  1. Grind sesame seeds in a grinder.
  2. Add cashew to the sesame seeds and grind again to a fine texture.
  3. Take out in a bowl.Add sugar powder,food colour and cardemom powder.
  4. Add condenced milk and mix the mixture together.
  5. Divide the mixture into 8-10 small balls.Press the balls in between both palm to give a shape of peda.
  6. Here I pressed the peda with a stencil to give a design.
  7. Kaju-til peda are ready to serve.

Milk Powder - Here, we will use milk powder instead of milk solids or khoya to make these Delicious Pedas. Condensed Milk and Cream - You will notice that I haven't used sugar in this recipe, as the Condensed Milk used in this dish is sweet enough. The cream gives it a nice and creamy texture from the inside. Other Ingredients - Other than these, we have used milk, saffron, cardamom.
