- Add the meat and all of the ★ ingredients to a plastic bag. Rub the seasoning into the meat and leave it to marinate for 1/2-1 day.
- Arrange the meat on an oven dish so that the pieces don't overlap and roast for 100 minutes at 150°C. You don't have to preheat the oven.
- During cooking, turn the meat over 3 times. Throw away any juices that leak out of the meat.
- Once the meat is cooked, season with salt and pepper. When the meat has cooled it's ready to eat.
