- First of all, make a hung curd from the curd by removing the excess water portion. For that take one big sized strainer. Keep it on some deep bowl. Apply a muslin cloth in a strainer. Pour curd in the cloth. And keep the full preparation with strainer and bowl in the fridge for 3-4 hours. So water will drain down in the bowl. And in cloth, we can get hung curd.
- Now in a pan take granola and muesli. And dry roast it lightly. Let it cool down. Meanwhile, add 2 teaspoon honey and tang fruit powder in hung curd and blend it well with a blender.
- Now put this flavoured yogurt in fridge. Now coarsely grind the granola mixture. Then add peanut butter and honey to it. Mix well altogether.
- Turn on the oven to Preheat at 170° for 10 minutes. Grease the cupcake tray and fill it with mixture. Press firmly using some glass. And bake it for 8-10 minutes till light brown.
- After that, let the cups cool down completely. Meanwhile chop the fruits. Then unmould the cups. Fill them with chilled yogurt and top it with your favourite fresh fruits. Serve immediately to enjoy crunchy cups with chilled yogurt.
To serve, thaw granola cups if frozen. Fill with your favorite yogurt and fresh fruits for a complete healthy meal! These little granola cups are super easy to make. Carefully run an offset spatula or butter knife around edges to loosen granola cups; remove from pan. Mini granola cups are filled with creamy vanilla yogurt and topped with fresh berries.
