  6. Now onions are pink add this green puree in pan and increase the flame.
  7. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 4-5 mins on high flame.
  8. Now remove the lid and start stirring the green masala till it starts leaving the pan.
  9. Add all the veggies in green masala. Mix well, cover and let the veggies cook on low flame for 10 mins.
  10. Now after 10 mins add 1 cup water by rinsing the ginder in which green masala was pureed.
  11. Add salt as per taste again cover and cook on low flame for 20-25 mins. Keep stirring in between
  12. After 25 mins check if potatoes and cauliflower are tender and are completely cooked.
  13. Adjust water and salt as per one's taste.
