- Take 2 tbsp Kitchen king masala
- Take 1 tsp Kasuri methi
To make Paneer Lahsuni Tikka take paneer. Take a kadhai add besan,Roast on low flame until aromatic and golden. Turn off flame and transfer into a plate. Add Curd,Ginger Garlic Paste,Finely Chopped Garlic,Finely Chopped Green chilli,Mustard Oil,Carom seeds/Ajwain,Lemon juice,Roasted besan.
Instructions to make Paneer lahsuni:
- In a grinder add all masala ing and grind well into smooth paste
- In a pan add oil,bay leaf, ginger garlic paste,garlic cloves, paneer cubes, food colour cook for 2 min next add masala and cook till it leaves oil and cook on medium flame
- Next add kitchen king powder, salt, sugar and mix well
- Next add water and fresh cream and mix well
- Lastly add kasuri methi and serve hot with chapati/Naan.
