- In the remaining melted chocolate add a few drops of pink food colour and mix it well. Quickly spread it on the 3rd butter paper. Spreading of melted chocolate should be done very quickly, as it will start solidifying as soon as we remove it from the flame.
- Garnish on the top of the chocolate by sprinkling with crushed different flavoured candies, gems, silver and golden balls, roasted almonds, coloured vermicelli.
