- Fry palm oil with onion for 1mnt, add pepper, scotch bonnet, onion and garlic fry it for 3mnts, after frying them pour water inside add seasoning, curry and parboiled meat
- Allow it to boil for 10mnts, wash your rice and pour into the pot, sieve it then pour your parboiled beans inside and allow it to cook add your spinach to cook for 2mnts. If not soft enough add little hot water and cook till soft
