Instructions to make Imarti:
  1. Soak udad dal for 3 to 4 hours
  2. Remove water from dal and grind in mixer by water gradually, it should not become runny but becomes smooth paste
  3. Now take one pan add sugar and water and make syrup till bubbles come out no need string consistency
  4. Take out paste in a bowl and Knead it till light
  5. Now take a piping bag fill the batter.
  6. Take pan heat oil and when it becomes hot start making imrati, it has particular floral design but i made it like jalebi as it becomes very big
  7. Hot imratis soak in sugar syrup, take out and serve.
