- Wash and soak dal for 1/2hr. And pressure cook 3-4whistle
- Now Heat ghee in a pan. Add cuminseeds ginger chilli garlic paste. Saute till it red brown colour add all masala chopped tomato stir and add dal. Stir and Add chopped mint and 1/2glass of water and salt. Stir well cook on mid. Slow flame. Lastly add lemon juice. And cook for 5 min. Serve with plain rice. Simple and tastylasaniya dal is ready to serve.
