- Get 4 slice bread
- Prepare 2 tb sp water
- Take For making slury :
- Prepare 2 tb sp all purpose flour

- Take 4 boiled potatoes
- Get 1/2 bowl peas

- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Make ready 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
- Get 2 tb sp cooking oil
- Take To taste salt
- Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get 1/4 tsp chaat masala
- Prepare 1/4 tsp mango powder
- Prepare Others
- Take Cooking Oil for deep frying
- Get Tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Bread Samosa:
- Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Grate ginger. Now heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add grated ginger sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add green peas and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes or till peas are soft. Add mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mango powder. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
- Now in a separate bowl make slury by mixing all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and water. Beat well.
- Now cut the edges of bread. Roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati. Brush it with few drops of water. Paste slury with your fingers on one edge of the bread.
- Now make a cone of the rolled slice and seal the side on which slury was applied with the other side. Fill potato stuffing in the cone.
- Apply slury on upper sides of cone and seal it nicely. Like wise make all the samosas.
- Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
