  2. Get 4 slice bread
  3. Prepare 2 tb sp water

  14. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  15. Make ready 2 tb sp chopped coriander leaves
  16. Get 2 tb sp cooking oil
  17. Take To taste salt
  18. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  19. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  20. Get 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  21. Prepare 1/4 tsp mango powder
  22. Prepare Others
  23. Take Cooking Oil for deep frying
  24. Get Tomato ketchup
Instructions to make Bread Samosa:
  1. Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Grate ginger. Now heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter add grated ginger sauté for 30 seconds.
  2. Add green peas and green chilli and saute for 3 minutes or till peas are soft. Add mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mango powder. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  3. Now in a separate bowl make slury by mixing all purpose flour, salt, black pepper and water. Beat well.
  4. Now cut the edges of bread. Roll with the help of rolling pin like a chapati. Brush it with few drops of water. Paste slury with your fingers on one edge of the bread.
  5. Now make a cone of the rolled slice and seal the side on which slury was applied with the other side. Fill potato stuffing in the cone.
  6. Apply slury on upper sides of cone and seal it nicely. Like wise make all the samosas.
  7. Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.
  8. Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
