- Melt the butter in a pan
- Add onions, garlic and habanero peppers and bay leaf
- Sauté for 2 minutes
- Add the chicken pieces, curry, gram masala, salt and seasoning to taste
- Keep stir frying, for 3 more minutes
- Add the green bell peppers and chicken stock,
- Cook for a minute then turn the heat off and serve with the pita bread
