  7. Take 1/2 cup tomato(finely chopped)
  8. Make ready 1 TSP Mirchi powder
  9. Get 2 TSP coriander powder

  11. Make ready 1 tsp Butter

  1. In a pan take oil after heating add mustard seeds as it crackle add jeera and asafoetida
  2. Add onion and fry till it turn little brown.
  3. Now add tomato and vermicelli (thick ones).please do not use thin ones as it will form a (shreea /a dough) instead of Maggi..
  4. Give a proper mix to it
  5. Now add water,chilli powder, coriander powder and Maggi masala
  6. Now cook it for 10 min.press and see if the vermicelli it Cooked.And after 5 minutes on low flame.add little butter as per the taste
  7. Garnish it with coriander. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
