  4. Switch Crock-Pot express to beans/chilli mode and set for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, quick release the steam (optional, can also let it naturally release).
  5. Take out half cup to 1 cup of chilli from Crock-Pot, blend it and then pour it back into the chilli. Put lime juice in. Taste and see if anything is missing.
  6. Garnish with cheese and spring onions. Serve with dollop of sour cream, avocado and tortilla chips.

I added some liquid smoke, chili powder, ancho pepper.
