The ingredients needed to make Glazed Salmon:
- Take 2 salmon fillets
- Prepare 2 tbsp butter
- Take 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp clove honey
- Get 2 tbsp soy sauce

- Get 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Get 1 dash salt and pepper
- Take 1 dash garlic powder
In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the glaze over the salmon. This glazed salmon turned out wonderfully. I followed the recipe exactly and did not make any changes.
Steps to make Glazed Salmon:
- Prepare glaze by melting butter in a skillet, then adding all other ingredients except salmon on low heat. Takes about 5 minutes for all to combine
- Once glaze is finished allow to sit and cool about 10 min.
- Place salmon on top of tin foil, add glaze over the top and wrap completely in foil. Let sit in the fridge at least an hour. I prefer 2 hours.
- After 1-2 hrs in fridge, keeping salmon wrapped in the foil place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 450°F for 20 minutes.
- Enjoy! I always have a strawberry salad with mine ;)
On the side burner, melt the brown sugar, honey and butter in a small saute pan over medium-high heat. Remove from the heat and whisk in the mustard, soy sauce, olive oil and ginger.
