  2. Then make little balls like golf one
  3. Then take flour and sprinkle on the work board and take the ball and roll it until round and 2mm thick
  4. Then put the tawa on the gas and when is hot cook the roti first side for 1 min than other side 1 min than take it out and put ghee on top little bit as u like.
  5. And serve hot and with hot curry

Chapathi stays soft for a long time without getting dry. Chapati dough while kneading should be kneaded using lukewarm water or lukewarm milk.
