- Then take flour and sprinkle on the work board and take the ball and roll it until round and 2mm thick
- Then put the tawa on the gas and when is hot cook the roti first side for 1 min than other side 1 min than take it out and put ghee on top little bit as u like.
- And serve hot and with hot curry
Chapathi stays soft for a long time without getting dry. Chapati dough while kneading should be kneaded using lukewarm water or lukewarm milk.
