  1. Prepare 2 slices sourdough bread

  6. Get Garlic Pepper
  7. Take 1 Egg

  1. Butter both sides of both slices of bread
  2. Heat your pan slightly, add a little butter to ensure that the bread doesn't stick
  3. Place the bread in the pan and lightly toast both sides
  4. Cut a hole into one of the slices of bread
  5. On one slice of bread, put your 3 cheese and pork of choice
  6. In the slice of bread with the hole, add your egg(make sure the yolk is aligned with the hole you've made)
  7. Put a lid on the pan and let the cheese melt and the egg get to the consistency where the yolk is like a sauce.
  8. Season both sides with garlic pepper
  9. Place the bread with the egg on top of the one with your filling
  10. Steam for 2-3 mins on medium heat(longer if you want the egg completely cooked)
  11. Plate it, cut it, eat it
