- Prepare 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Prepare 2 garlic cloves

- Get 1 can whole kernnel corn (optional)
- Get 1 can pato sauce (8oz) (optional)

- Place a pan on High medium heat. Add the oil. Let it head up for 1 min. Add the garlic cloves.
- Once garlic begins to brown (after 1-2min), add rice. Stir around until rice begins to tan. (About 3 min).
- Add 2 cans of tomato sauce. Fill cans with water ( for a total of 4 cans of water). Stir.
- Add 2 spoonfulls of chicken bullion powder (about 1/4cup). Stir. Taste and add more bullion (to taste). cover lid. Turn heat down to medium low. Let sit for 20 min. (Once its ready you should be able to poke a fork staight down to bottom and come up clean.
- For some texture : add 1 can canned corn when you add the water. And other veggies like green onions go great here too.
- For some heat: use 1 can regular tomato sauce, 1 can salsa de pato.
