- Thinly slice your cabbage and onion then grate your carrots. Drain and rinse your canned sweetcorn. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add a generous amount of mayyonaise.
- Cut and wash your chicken parts. Season well and cook. Fry lightly then toss in pepper and onion sauce. Season and allow to simmer.
